Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping within the US is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery to most US addresses typically takes about 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and times can be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Why might my items arrive separately?
Our products ship from several fulfillment partners, so an order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after the label is created.

Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we focus on customers in the United States.

Returns and refunds

What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging, with any tags attached. Email us with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll send you instructions and the return address.

Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, makeup, nail and other personal-care items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. Gift cards are non-refundable.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges aren't refundable.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order for the size, colour or item you want.

Discounts

Do you have a first-order discount?
Yes. Use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order. It's valid once per customer, for customers who haven't ordered from us before.

Payment

How can I pay?
You can pay with any of the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
