1. Overview

This website is operated by House of Belleza ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Product information, including materials, comes from our suppliers and we share it in good faith. Our products are for general personal use. They aren't medical devices and aren't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. A price change won't affect an order we've already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the price or description contains an error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Discounts

Discount codes are subject to their stated terms, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Errors

Our site may sometimes contain errors in prices, descriptions or availability. We reserve the right to correct them, and to update information or cancel orders affected by an error, at any time.

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy or reuse our content without permission.

11. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and our product photography and descriptions, belongs to House of Belleza or its licensors. Don't use it without our permission.

Our site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment providers and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

13. Your content and feedback

If you send us reviews, comments or suggestions, you allow us to use them in connection with our store. Please don't send anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights.

To the extent permitted by law, House of Belleza isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to cover any losses we incur because you breach these Terms or misuse our site, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
