Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We can't ship to addresses outside the US at this time.

Shipping costs

Free Standard US shipping on orders of $50 or more.
$4.99 Standard US shipping on orders under $50.

You'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after you place them. During busy periods it can take a little longer.

Delivery time

After your order is processed, delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and other things outside our control can affect delivery times.

Multiple packages

Our products ship from several fulfillment partners. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping for this.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we'll email it to you after your order ships. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at tinegadavid2@gmail.com.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We'll try to update it before your order ships, but once it has shipped we may not be able to change it.

Late, lost or damaged packages

Late: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Marked delivered but not received: Check around your home and with neighbors, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
