Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from House of Belleza. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with any tags still attached.

To start a return, email us at tinegadavid2@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Because our products ship from several fulfillment partners, the return address may differ from the address on your package.

Hygiene exception

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, makeup, nail, and other personal-care items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or wrong, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, because we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
